When to go to
Dalaman
Throughout the year visitors can go to
Dalaman to spend their vacations but early spring and late
autumn is recommended time to visit Dalaman as the sun is not
fierce at that time and water in ocean is warm. Before mid –June
Dalaman is free of mosquitoes and after August also you won’t
find the mosquitoes in the region. Some of the popular months
when visitors crowd the region start from April to September. In
summers (from April to September), Dalaman will not have much
rain.
The peak holiday season amongst Turks is
July to mid-September and in late June and September. The
fasting months of Ramadan is less popular time for tourists as
the government of Turkey declares public holidays in those days
and most of the shop owners and other institutions do not give
services during Ramadan holidays.

Winters:-
The less visited season of Dalaman are
winters but many visitors like to come to Dalaman in winters
because the place is less crowded and gets beautiful with
snow. The winters are snowy and temperature is low .Many
places close to Dalaman are known for winters as the
temperature in December to Feb is around 17 0C
and in day times you can get sunshine. The beaches are less
crowded and the season is marked by heavy rains.

Summers: -
The summer offer 13 hours of sunshine
at the Lycian coast of
Dalaman. The place has seven months of summers and
temperatures go high to 35 0C .The Mediterranean
waters are warm in April and from April to October the
temperatures in Dalaman range between 20 0C to 35
0C . |
The hottest temperature are recorded in the
months of July and August .The region has no rainfall in the
months of June to September and on an average everyday will have
at least 10 hrs of sunshine .In August temperatures goes too
high but the cool breeze from the Mediterranean Sea helps the
temperatures to be normal. In April the climate is not hot and
temperatures are found to be around 20 C.
