One of the tour spots of coastal Turkey is Dalaman, known for stunning natural magnificence. The city Dalaman is close to Marmaris and Fethiya and some of the famous places like Dalyan can be reached in 20 minutes from Dalaman and the marina town Gocek is also located at a distance of 10 minutes drive from Dalaman. A new airport was constructed in Dalaman in 2006 and the town is gaining popularity with investors, mainly English speaking investors as the New International Airport offers regular flights to the cities of Europe all around the year.

The town Dalaman, is located several miles inland and the language spoken by the locals is mostly Turkish but the restaurants and cafes owners speak English .The city is witnessing a growing number of British community in the city and in the neighboring towns and villages .Many British people are buying properties in Dalaman as the town is growing with a slow pace and the prices pf property is lower in Dalaman in comparison to other cities.
